Client Services Manager

Job Description

The Client Services Manager will complete a variety of tasks including but not exclusive to managing the Client Services team and home delivery process.

Job Duties
  • Oversee the Client Services Department employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
  • Ensure a five-star experience for our clients
  • Work with other team members to ensure proper expectations and information given to clients is clear, concise, correct and follow Christopher Homes’ philosophy and procedures
  • Verifies the client is informed, verbally and in writing, during all phases of pre-construction and construction (i.e. schedule, orientation walks, quality issues, etc.)
  • Manage the client services and home delivery process
  • Communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct client walk through orientations (delivery and home presentation orientations)
  • Compile and delivers warranty documents to clients at predetermined time periods
  • Monitor satisfactory completion of walk items, obtain client sign-off of items identified on walk throughs, and ensures items are completed within the expected time frame
  • Provide client feedback to the Client Services Director
  • Maintain current and accurate records for all client contact and communication
  • Performs administrative client services functions, including all client meeting scheduling and communication
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolve problems, meet deadlines and performance objectives and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Interact with other office and field team members and departments to advance processes and projects and to ensure work is being completed in a timely manner
Job Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar management role with a single-family residential homebuilder
  • Proficiency with BuildPro
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong knowledge of operations with budget formulation
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and competing priorities
  • Ability to follow directions to safely utilize all equipment
  • Ability to handle situations with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail with a creative problem-solving approach
  • Ability to make decisions and initiate action within established guidelines
  • Comfortable working under pressure, handling stressful situations, and acting decisively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
