The MacDonald Highland Homeowners Association fees are $330.00 per month. The fees cover maintenance and management costs for: Two manned gated entrances, common area maintenance, taxes, and maintenance of parks within the community. MacDonald Highlands does not charge LID or SID Fees. There will not be an additional sub-association for the Vu neighborhood.

The Sports Social Membership includes access to the DragonRidge Clubhouse which features a pool, steakhouse, two mixed grills and lounges, and 10,000 square foot ballroom for social events for members. It also includes access to the Tennis and Athletic Center which features two group exercise studios, private Pilates room, massage, child care and over 4,500 square feet of strength and cardio equipment. Members enjoy amenities including locker rooms with steam, sauna and whirlpool baths, an internet cafe, five lighted tennis courts, outdoor volleyball and basketball, various fitness classes, private training and wellness services.
